Some personal stuff about Shelley

I have been a single mom for more years than I care to admit.

I have had 4 careers and without a doubt assisting seniors with buying and selling has been my most favourite.

Real Estate has always given me the flexibility to work and raise my 2 sons.

My older son is married and lives in North Carolina with his wife and my beautiful little  granddaughter and my younger son lives locally.

I had a host of professionals, as well as my mentor telling me that specializing in downsizing was a big mistake. I have never believed that. Being the first of my kind and creating a very different business model seemed odd to most of my managers and colleagues but I forged ahead anyway.

I have always felt that my passion, knowledge, organizational skills, and time management make me perfect for this kind of speciality.

I have a massive list of quality suppliers to call if needed but I can also roll up my sleeves and help get the job done.

I am with you every step of the way doing whatever is required to assist you and I never charge for my time.
