About Shelley Williams

Shelley has lived on the North Shore since 1961.. She grew up here, went to school here and still lives here enjoying all the North Shore has to offer. Shelley has 2 boys, Ryan and Michael and recently sold the family home and downsized to Lower Lonsdale.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients – a diverse background including many different careers - Television and Radio Broadcasting both here and in Los Angeles, Ca as well as advertising sales and Nursing all add to her competence as a Realtor.

Shelley was the first Realtor in the lower mainland to obtain and promote her specialty as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She is still the only Realtor on the North Shore who advertises exclusively to those over 55.

Although her home is on the North Shore Shelley doesn't really have a geographic specialty, she has a demographic specialty.

" I go where my seniors are and because of our technology I can become a specialist in your area in just a few days."

What's more important to Shelley is that you receive all the assistance and services you need when its time to downsize and get settled in your new home. She helps with all the many decisions and because of her experience you can feel comfortable knowing she is a true expert in her field.
