I have a designation known in Real Estate as an SRES. This stands for Seniors Real Estate Specialist.

This means that I am trained and experienced working with those over 55.

I am a downsizing specialist but it’s really more than that.

I can assist couples or singles and help a lot or a little depending on the situation.

I gather information to assess your needs, timing and options.

Provide advice on preparing you home for sales from clearing out closets to organizing the sale of unwanted items.

Help you explore options for your next home; and there can be many depending on your health, your finances and your lifestyle choices.

Identify community resources that may be able to assist you.

Involve and communicate with family if you wish.
